Founding offer questions
What happens after the 12 months?
You simply pay the standard price for your band, the same price every other charity pays. There is no jump to a higher rate and no penalty. Nothing changes about the product, only the price returns to normal.
My charity is large. Do I still get £49?
Yes. The founding offer is open to any size. For 12 months you pay £49 a month, then you move to your band price. Larger charities make some of our best founding stories, so you are very welcome.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your 14-day trial starts with no card. You only enter payment details when you decide to subscribe and claim the founding rate.
Is there a demo I have to sit through?
No. Founding charities set themselves up with a guided walkthrough and an in-app help centre. If you ever get stuck, help is one click away inside the product.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Billing is monthly and there is no contract. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
