Getting started
Your donors and their pages
The story of your month is shared. Each donor's page adds their own details, from the donors you already have, brought in once from your CRM or a spreadsheet. That is their name, what they give and how, and how long they have supported you.
It also mentions anything they did, such as coming to your ball, or taking on a challenge and what they raised from sponsors. Individual donors and corporate donors get the same page, and a major donor gets their own section within it.
Supporters who give their time, such as volunteers, are included too. Their page thanks them for their time, in hours where you record them, rather than for a sum of money.
Every page also has a short section called Who we are. It is your charity's own description of its work. We write it from what your website says about you, and you can read it and change any of the words, so each donor sees who they are helping.

Security
A charity trusts us with the names of the people who support it. Here is what that looks like day to day.
- A donor page uses a name, what they give, how long they have supported you, what they did with you and the story you tell.
- Nothing reaches a donor until someone at your charity has read it and approved it.
- Your subscription is paid on the payment provider’s own secure page. We never see your card number.
- Your account’s records are backed up every day by our hosting provider.
- Your private notes about a donor are never used on a page or shown to a donor.
