Pricing questions
Why is pricing based on turnover and not user count?
Because a £80k charity and a £4m charity have different needs but the same number of people using the tool. Charging per seat punishes the small. Charging on turnover scales with capacity to pay.
What counts as turnover?
Your annual income for the last financial year, as filed with the Charity Commission, Companies House or your country equivalent. Honour system. We do not audit.
Do I have to pay if I am a pilot customer?
No. Pilot customers are free for the pilot period. Pricing applies after that, at the band that matches your turnover.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contract. Annual billing saves you two months but is not required.
Is there a charity discount or non-profit rate?
Every band is the charity rate. There is no separate corporate uplift.
